Outdoor LED display installation requirements are also different from ordinary indoor ones. Six main points for outdoor led display installation
1. Lighting protection devices must be installed on outdoor building led displays.The main body of the display screen and the shell should be well grounded, and the grounding resistance is less than 3 ohms, so that the large current caused by thunder and lightning can be discharged in time; or the display screen may be attacked by strong electricity and strong magnetism caused by thunder and lightning.
2. Good waterproof of the LED display itself is every important.The screen body and the joint structure between the screen body and the building must be strictly waterproof and leak-proof; the screen body must have good drainage measures, once accumulated water occurs, it can be discharged smoothly. We should pay special attention to waterproof and moisture-proof of the screen itself, because the display screen is installed outdoors, often exposed to the sun and rain, wind and dust , and the working environment is harsh.Once the Electronic equipment being wet or severely damp can cause short circuit or even fire, cause failure or even fire, and cause loss. So IP68 waterproof resistance is very important for a good outdoor led displays.
3. IC Selection is very important. Use industrial-grade integrated circuit chips whose operating temperature is between -40°C and 80°C to prevent the display from stopping due to low temperatures in winter.
4. Install ventilation equipment to cool down so that the internal temperature of the screen is between -10°C and 40°C.An axial fan is required on the top of the back of the screen to dissipate heat; the LED display itself will generate a certain amount of heat when it is working. If the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly or even be burned, making the display system unable to normal work;
5. Must choose ultra-high brightness light-emitting diodes. In order to ensure long-distance visibility under strong ambient light, ultra-high brightness light-emitting diodes must be used; to increase the contrast. The audience is wide range,so the viewing distance is required to be long, and the view angle is required to be wide; because the ambient light changes greatly, especially if it is exposed to direct sunlight.
6.
